Desde la App elige la experiencia que más te apetezca (vista en lista o mapa), seleccionas una mesa y confirmas tu plaza. Si ves una mesa con gente (con sillas), solo tienes que entrar en la ficha y reservar tu lugar. Si prefieres crear una mesa en la fecha, hora y restaurante que desas, selecciona una vacía y la App creará una nueva para ti. La configurarás a tu gusto: idioma, en tu rango de edad o abierta a todas las edades. Después se unirá gente a tu propuesta.

El pago cubre la organización y coordinación, tu seguridad, ,la gestión con el restaurante y así puedas disfrutar de la experiencia. La comida y bebida que consumas se paga directamente en el lugar elegido. En la App podrás pagar con tu tarjeta de crédito o débito, Apple Pay, Google Pay o usar tu Monedero POPULIT si tienes saldo.
El monedero de POPULIT es tu saldo dentro de la App. Te permite pagar experiencias, comprar POPs y aprovechar promociones. Puedes cargarlo con tarjeta de crédito o débito,y también recibir reembolsos por cancelaciones dentro del plazo establecido. ¡Ademásobtienes un extra de dinero al recargarlo si superas una cantidad!
POPs are points you can use to lower the price of reservations, unlock images of Profile Chairs or discover clues about other attendees. You earn them by attending experiences, inviting new users, going with companions who register or by purchasing them in the App.

The same day of the experience you will receive an access key in the App. It will be on the screen where the table appears. You just have to say it when you arrive at the restaurant and they will indicate your table.
In the My Plans section you can see your reservations, click on one to cancel.
If you cancel up to 48h before, we will refund the amount to your account or wallet. After that time, there is no refund. If the reservation is cancelled by the restaurant you will receive a refund as well.

After booking, your spot is pending confirmation. When the minimum number of people is reached and the restaurant confirms, you will receive a notification and the experience will be marked as confirmed within the app.
Sí. Puedes marcar experiencias como favoritas (pulsando en el corazón) y encontrarlas fácilmente más tarde desde la App en el apartado Mis Planes, para reservar cuando quieras.
