POPULIT is born to balance the digital atrocity that people live nowadays; we want you to meet new people face to face, to make a stop and treat yourself to a different plan, in which the nice thing is to talk and meet PEOPLE. A real meeting.

In the app you select the experience you like best (list or map view), choose your table and confirm your place. You can also create a new table with your language, age or theme preferences.

From brunches, lunches, snacks and dinners to special themed experiences (movies, music, reading, etc.). Each one lasts between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the activity.

The tables are for 3 to 6 people to encourage close conversations. You can go alone or with a companion.

Our system recommends tables according to your age range (+/- 5 years) and affinities (tastes, hobbies, interests). You can also join tables open to all ages.

We have made it possible for you to learn about other attendees through a game. You can click on a chair and a box with hidden information will appear. You will have to scratch with your finger on the information. POPs are spent on each scratch, choose well what you want to know... The rest you will find out in the restaurant! 

If you see a table already created (with chairs drawn), just enter the tab and reserve your place. If there is no table available in the restaurant and date you want, the system will create a new one for you and you can configure it to your liking: language, age range or open to all ages.

Experiences take place in carefully selected restaurants and cafes that meet our quality standards. They usually last around 2 hours, although Special Experiences can be extended by including additional themes or activities (such as Escape Rooms, wine or beer tastings, etc.).Tables are for 3 to 6 people and, once at least 3 reservations are reached, the restaurant confirms availability and you will receive notification of your experience.

The reservation covers the management, the organization with the restaurant and the use of the app. Food and drinks are paid directly at the restaurant. You can pay directly with your credit or debit card, or use your POPULIT Wallet if you have available credit, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You choose the most convenient way.

The POPULIT wallet is where your money accumulates in the App. With it you can pay for experiences, redeem POPs and take advantage of promotions. You can load it with credit/debit cards, transfers or receive refunds for cancellations within the established period. Loading money in the wallet has the advantage that we always give you a percentage of what you load. Make your money worth more!

You will receive an access code in the App the same day. You just have to say it when you arrive.

Each table indicates the language (Spanish, English or both). If you create a table, you choose the language.

There is no established dress code, a casual look is usually the most chosen.

Of course! Sometimes you may feel like going with a companion and we understand that. In all our general experiences you can go with one more companion; and in the special experiences with more people.

POPs are points you can use to get discounts on reservations, unlock seats or discover information from other attendees. You earn them by attending experiences, inviting new users, going with companions who register or buying them directly in the app.

At POPULIT the chairs represent each person, because we encourage natural connections without photo bias. We want the magic to be in discovering people in the moment, in a safe and authentic environment. Plus, you can customize your Profile Chair from your account by choosing from the catalog available.

From your user profile and clicking on the likes and hobbies section.  

In the "My Plans" section you will see your reservations. Click on one and you will be able to cancel it.  

If you cancel up to 48h before, the amount will be refunded to your account or wallet. After that time, there is no refund. If the restaurant cancels or rejects the reservation you will receive a refund as well.
