As data controller, POPULIT TECHNOLOGY S.L. guarantees that the data will be treated in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, pertinent, limited, exact and updated manner, as well as protected with the necessary technical and organizational measures to avoid unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

Personal data provided through this landing page and the application will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, and as long as the user does not request their deletion.
Specifically:
Data collected through contact forms will be treated for the time necessary to manage and resolve the query or request raised, and then kept, duly blocked, for a maximum period of 6 months, as a preventive measure against possible claims.
Data associated with the subscription to commercial communications (newsletter) will be kept indefinitely as long as the user does not revoke consent or request cancellation. Each communication sent will include a link to unsubscribe immediately.

POPULIT TECHNOLOGY S.L. does not carry out international transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
However, should it ever become necessary to transfer data to third countries - for example, through the use of technological tools provided by companies located outside the EEA - POPULIT will ensure that such transfers are carried out with all the safeguards required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
This shall include, where applicable:
Standard contracts approved by the European Commission (standard contractual clauses).
European Commission adequacy decisions for countries with adequate level of protection.
Explicit consent of the person concerned, if necessary.
In any case, the user will be previously informed and this policy will be updated to reflect such transfers.
POPULIT TECHNOLOGY S.L. declares to have adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk involved in the processing of personal data collected.
